Sizing Guide

Not sure what size is best for you? Look no further - we have all the details and how to measure yourself at home and choose the best fit for you.

Measuring your head for a cap is a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get the most accurate measurement:

What You'll Need:

  • A soft, flexible measuring tape (the kind used for sewing)
  • A mirror (optional, but useful)
  • A pen and paper to record your measurement
  • A helper (optional)

Step 1: Find Your Head's Circumference

  1. Position the Measuring Tape: Start by placing the measuring tape around the widest part of your head. This typically includes:
    • Above your ears: Ensure the tape goes just above the ear, around the point where the head curves.
    • Across your forehead: The tape should sit about 2.5 cm above your eyebrows (where your head starts curving back).
    • Around the back of your head: Make sure the tape meets at the back of your skull where it curves inward.
  2. Wrap the Tape Snugly: The tape should be snug but not tight. It should rest comfortably on your head without pulling your skin or hair.
  3. Take the Measurement: Look in the mirror or ask someone to help ensure the tape is level all the way around your head. Record the measurement at the point where the tape meets.

Step 2: Measure Twice (Optional)

  • For accuracy, it’s a good idea to measure twice to ensure consistency. Recheck the tape’s position and ensure you’re measuring at the widest part of your head each time.

Step 3: Interpret Your Measurement

  • Toddler Size: 46 cm (approx.) – For younger children, usually up to around 2 years old.
  • Child Size: 52 cm (approx.) – Typically for children aged 2 to 8 years old.
  • Adult Size: 56 cm and up – From 8+ to most adults (osfm)
