New Zealand 

Express Shipping: 

All orders are sent via express shipping within New Zealand by NZ Post. It takes approximately 1-3 business days once an order is received and processed. An extra 1-2 days for rural addresses.

All orders are packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes to protect the hat/s during transit as much as possible. Some orders will be boxed and put in a recyclable courier bag depending on the size of the order.

Orders under $120: Express Shipping $8NZD
Orders over $120: Free Express Shipping

We are currently only sending within New Zealand

Processing and Tracking

Once we receive an order, we aim to have orders processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

All orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped the following working week. 

When an order is dispatched you will receive an email providing shipping details and tracking.

Delays with couriers may be experienced, especially around public holidays and big sale events such as Black Friday. This is out of our control and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
